Spotlights Shopping delivers orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Any charges for alternative shipping methods are displayed before checkout.

Delivery time

Expected delivery generally takes 2 to 8 business days. Any different product-specific delivery time is shown on the product page or before checkout. These times are estimates. We will try to notify you promptly of delays. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Order processing

We process orders as soon as possible. After dispatch, you receive a shipping confirmation and, where available, a tracking number. Orders may arrive in multiple parcels at different times.

Delivery and responsibility

Check that your delivery address is complete and correct. Spotlights Shopping remains responsible until delivery to you or your designated recipient, as required by consumer law. Contact us about damaged, missing or incorrectly marked deliveries so we can investigate and find an appropriate solution.

Incorrect address

Customers should enter the correct address. Contact us quickly if you discover an error. Before dispatch we will try to amend it. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us about redelivery. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
